| Chicken Cheese kebab |
Ingredients-
1. 250 grams boneless chicken
2. 2 tablespoons thick curds
3. 2 tablespoons grated cheese
4. 1 tablespoon plain cheese spread
5. 1 tablespoon besan(gram flour)
6. 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
7. 2 bay leaves
8. Salt and pepper
9. Oil and butter
Cooking instructions-
Cut chicken in 2 inch pieces.
For the marinate- beat curds and besan to form a thick paste.
To the paste add the grated cheese, cheese spread, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, salt, pepper and two bay leaves.
Add this marinade to the chicken and mix well.
Cover the chicken and set aside for at least two hours.
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and butter in a pan.
Add 4-5 chicken pieces at a time and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Serve the juicy kebabs with green chutney and salad.
