Five Ingredient Recipe
(oil, salt and pepper are free ingredients)
Potato Cheese Bake
Ingredients
1. 1 medium cup Mini potatoes (boiled)
2. 1/2 cup Cheese(cheddar/mozzarella)
3. 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
4. 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
5. 1 teaspoon Dried mint
Cooking Instructions
1. Boil
the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles. Let them cool for at least
1 hour. Once the potatoes are cooled peel them and keep aside.
2. Preheat
the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
3. In
a mixing bowl mix the dry herbs and chili flakes with 2 teaspoon oil and add
the potatoes to the mix.
4. Place
the marinated potatoes in a baking dish and spread grated cheese over the
potatoes.
5. Bake
for 15-20 mins or till the cheese is golden brown.
6. And
there, your potato cheese bake is ready.
