Banana Oats Smoothie

This four ingredient smoothie is the inspiration behind my blog.

An ideal breakfast or pre-workout smoothie that's super easy to make and packed with substantial ingredients.

Banana Oats Smoothie




     Ingredients

1.        Banana (preferably frozen)                        
2.       1 cup low fat milk (cold)
3.       1 oat cookie
4.       6 almonds
5.       1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

1.       Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.

2.       Your delicious smoothie is ready.
