Breakfast cups



Five ingredient recipe.

A healthy and substantial breakfast or a great pre-workout snack packed with the goodness of fruit, cereal and yogurt.



Muesli Cups

Ingredients

1.       ½ cup muesli of your choice
2.       1 small pack flavoured yogurt
3.       3-4 chopped almonds
4.       1 fruit of your choice (banana, apple, strawberries, mango, pear, papaya)
5.       1 spoon honey (optional)



                       Recipe


      Assemble the muesli cups in the following order-

One layer of muesli.

A layer of yogurt.

And chopped fruit.

Repeat this one more time

Then add the chopped almonds and drizzle some honey.

And enjoy your dose of goodness and energy.
