Three Pepper Prawns


Prawns can be substituted with paneer, tofu, chicken, boneless fish or lamb.



Ingredients

1.       250 grams cleaned prawns
2.       1 medium sized yellow, green and red bell pepper (julienne)
3.       1 medium onion (julienne)
4.       1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
5.       ½ tablespoon finely chopped garlic
6.       1 tablespoon soy sauce
7.       2 tablespoon red chili sauce
8.       1 tablespoon honey
9.       1 teaspoon cooking vinegar
10.   1 tablespoon corn flour
11.   1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
12.   2 teaspoons oil
13.   Salt and pepper as per taste

Cooking Instructions

In a non-stick wok or kadhai heat oil, then add ginger, garlic, onions and saute for a minute.

Add the bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Then add the prawns and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Combine the soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and honey in a mixing bowl and add the sauce mixture to the above ingredients.

Mix corn flour with some water and add to the wok, keep stirring till the bell peppers and prawns are covered with the sauce and cooked.

Let the corn flour thicken, then add salt and pepper.

Remove in a serving bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Delicious pepper prawns are ready.
