| Cheese Mushroom Paratha |
1. 1 cup refine flour (maida)
2. 1 cup wheat flour
3. 1 cup mushrooms
4. 1 medium red bell pepper
5. 1 cup grated cheese
6. 2 tespoons chilli flakes
7. 2 teaspoon garam masala
8. Satl and pepper
9. Oil
Cooking Instructions-
Make a dough using 1 cup maida, 1 cup wheat flour, salt and water.
In a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot add the finely chopped red bell peppers, mushrooms and cook till all the water evaporates.
Then add chilli flakes, garam masala, salt and pepper.
Let the stuffing cool for some time.
Take a ball of dough and roll, spread the mushroom mix evenly on the rolled paratha. Add a good amount of grated cheese.
Cover with another paratha and seal the ends using your hands.
Cook the paratha with some oil till nice and crispy.
