| Chicken Hariyali Tikka |
Ingredients1. 250grams boneless chicken
2. 2 tablespoons curds
3. 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
4. 2 tablespoons mint leaves
5. 7-8 garlic cloves
6. 1/2 inch ginger
7. 2 green chillies
8. 1/2 lemon
9. salt
10. oil
Cooking Instructions-
Cut chicken/paneer in two inch pieces.
In a blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies and salt and make a paste.
Add this paste to the chicken along with two tablespoons curds, lemon juice and salt.
Coat the chicken/paneer with the marinade and let it marinate for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
Use a non-stick pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the oil. Once the oil is hot add the chicken/paneer and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Serve the tikkas with paratha, salad and mint chutney.(optional)
