Egg Fried Rice

Five ingredient recipe
(salt,pepper and oil are free ingredients)


Egg Fried Rice




Ingredients

1. 1 bowl cooked basmati rice
2. 2 eggs
3. 1/2 cup spring onion
4. 5-6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce








Cooking Instructions-

In a wok or non-stick pan add 1 tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot add chopped garlic and cook for half a minute. Then add the spring onions and cook for another minute.

Lower the heat of the wok and add 2 beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs and add salt and pepper.

Add the cooked basmati rice along with the soy sauce.

Stir well for 2 minutes.

Yummy and comforting egg fried rice is ready.
