Five ingredient date ladoo are easy to make and a power house of energy.
Dates ladoo
Ingredients-
1. 2 cups seedless dates
2. 1 cup mix nuts(cashews, almonds and pistas)
3. 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (khus khus)
4. 2 tablesspoons desiccated coconut
5. 1 tablespoon ghee
Cooking instructions
Use a food processer or mixer to finely chop the dates.
Spread the dates on a plate/tray greased with ghee.
Add chopped nuts to the dates.
Apply a little ghee to your hands and blend the dates and nuts.
Make small ladoos.
Then roll the ladoos in a mixture of desiccated coconut and poppy seeds.
Store in the fridge.
