Kheema paratha


Ingredients-

1. 1 cup wheat flour
2. 1 cup maida(refined flour)
3. 200 grams kheema(mutton)
4. 2 green chilles
5. 8-10 garlic cloves
6. 1 inch ginger
7. 1 medium onion
8. 1 tablespoon mint leaves
9. 1 tablespoon kheema masala/garam masala
10. Salt and oil

Cooking instructions-

Make a dough using wheat flour, maida and salt.

Rest the dough for 30 minutes.

In a pan heat 1 tablespoon oil. To the oil add the paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies.

Saute for a few seconds then add finely chopped onion.

Saute for a minute then add the minced meat and salt.

Cook till the kheema is dry.(10-15 minutes)

Then add kheema/garam masala and mint leaves.

Let the kheema cool down completely.

Take the dough and stuff it with kheema. Roll into a paratha.

Cook on a tawa using some oil.

Serve hot.
