| Paneer/chicken chilli fry |
1. 200 grams paneer/chicken
2. 1 medium onion
3. 1 carrot
4. 2 green chillies
5. 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
6. 2 teaspoons chilli sauce
7. 2 tablespoons corn flour
8. 1 teaspoon seasame seeds
9. Salt and pepper
10. Oil
Cooking instructions-
Cut paneer/chicken in strips. Coat with cornflour, salt and pepper.
In a pan heat 4-5 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot fry the paneer/chicken a few pieces at a time.
Remove on kitchen paper and keep aside.
In a seperate pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil. To the oil add onion slices, carrot slices and slit green chillies.
Saute for a minute add the salt,pepper, soy sauce and chilli sauce along with the fried paneer paneer/chicken.
Stir well. If you want gravy consistancy add 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Garnish with sesame sesds.
