Oats Chilla

The most easy to make, healthy and substantial breakfast recipe.


Ingredients

1. 1 small pack saffola oats any flavour
2. 1 tablespoon rice flour
3. 1 tablespoon fresh coriander finely chopped
4. Water
5. Oil

Cooking instructions-

Empty the contents of the saffola oats in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of rice flour and finely chopped coriander leaves.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of water to form a smooth batter(not very thin)

Heat a pan add the chilla mix and spread evenly.

The above mix will make two medium sized chillas.

Add a few drops of oil and let the oats chilla crisp up on both the sides.

Your easy, healthy and substantial breakfast is ready in a jiffy.
