1. 500 grams boneless chicken breast
2. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
3. 2 teaspoons chilli fakes
4. 1 egg
5. 2 cups freshly made bread crumbs
6. Salt, pepper and oil
Cooking instructions-
Cut the chicken breast in 2 inch strips.
Marinate with garlic powder, salt , chilli flakes and pepper.
Refrigrate the marinated chicken for 30 minutes.
For the bread crumbs-
Toast white bread till golden brown. Let the toasted bread cool for a couple of minutes.
Use a mixer to make the bread crumbs. Keep the crumbs coarse.
Remove in a plate.
In a bowl beat 1 egg with salt and pepper.
For frying-
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Take one strip of chicken , dip it in egg and then in the bread crumbs.
Repeat the process for the remaining chicken.
Once the all the chicken strips have been crumbed, deep fry the chicken till crispy and golden.
Do not over crowd the frying pan.
Delicious fried chicken is ready, serve with mayo, ketchup and lemon wedges.
