Ingredients-
1. 3-4 sweet potatoes
2. 2 table spoons roasted peanuts
3. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4. 2 green chilies
5. 1 lemon
6. 2 teaspoons ghee
7. salt
Cooking instructions-
Pre heat the oven to 200 degree celcius.
Cut the sweet potatoes in wedges. Leave the skin on.
Coat the wedges with 2 teaspoons ghee, crushed peanuts, cumin seeds, crushed green chilies and salt.
Grease a baking tray with some ghee. Place the wedges on the tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
If you don't have an oven use a tawa on medium flame.
Serve with lemon wedges and a cool curd dip.
Curd Dip-
Whisk 1 cup of curds with 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons crushed peanuts, 1 finely chopped green chili and salt.
