| Vegetable and brown rice stir fry |
1. 2 cups cooked brown rice
2. 1 cup tofu/paneer
3. 1/2 cup sweet corn
4. 1 carrot
5. 1/2 cup spring onions
6. 5-6 garlic cloves
7. 2 teaspoons chilli flakes
8. Salt and oil
Cooking instructions-
In a pan 1 tablespoon of oil. To the oil add finely chopped garlic cloves and spring onions.
Saute for a minute.
Then add the corn, chopped carrot and tofu/paneer.
Along with chilli flakes and salt.
Mix well, add the cooked brown rice .
Saute well and serve.
